The Remote Sensing Feature Dataset for Flood-Damaged Infrastructure extracts spectral, edge, texture, and index features of submerged infrastructure from pre-disaster and in-disaster remote sensing images. It includes a variety of remote sensing features that characterize the damage to buildings and roads during or shortly after a flood event. This dataset systematizes the remote sensing monitoring characteristics of flood-damaged infrastructure, addressing the issues of unclear monitoring characteristics and incomplete underlying mechanisms in remote sensing-based flood damage assessment, and facilitates change detection for submerged buildings and roads. Constructing this feature set promotes in-depth understanding and analysis of the remote sensing properties of flood-submerged infrastructure, and provides data foundations and technical support for relevant national authorities to assess infrastructure losses in the aftermath of flood disasters.
