This dataset provides traffic congestion index sequences of urban road networks under different spatiotemporal granularities, including indicators such as congestion index, average speed, travel time ratio, and congestion mileage proportion at the granularities of city-wide, administrative district, and road grade, supplemented with date types and weather information. The dataset does not involve any vehicle trajectories or individual information. It is applicable to traffic operation monitoring, congestion pattern analysis, policy effect evaluation, travel time prediction, and large language model training.
