资源简介:
The increase of atmospheric CO2 concentration (CO2) will inevitably affect the photosynthesis of C3 plants, and the primary metabolites and secondary metabolites will change accordingly, thus affecting herbivorous insects. Previous studies have shown that the growth, development and reproduction of brown planthopper (BPH) Nilaparvata lugens feeding on rice plants are affected by elevated CO2 (eCO2) and may aggravate its harm. In order to further clarify the interaction between rice and Nilaparvata lugens under eCO2 , the salivary gland transcriptome of ambient CO2 and eCO2 was studied.
