资源简介：
A total of 186 samples were randomly selected from diverse environmental and food sources. Samples were sequenced on Illumina MiSeq sequencer using standard manufacture protocols. Serotype predictions were made using ECTyper v1.0.0, SerotypeFinder v2.0.1, EToKi v1.0 and SRST2 v0.2.0. This data was used to validate ECTyper E.coli serotyping tool and compare its performance to other similar tools.
