Scope Fish otter Regulation Lower Austria

The data set covers the scope of the NÖ Fischotter Regulation (LGBl. No. 98/2019). The Regulation applies to the particularly protected species otter (Lutra lutra) in the continental biogeographical region. This is limited by the municipalities referred to in Annex 1 and presented in Annex 2. Excluded from the scope are: Nature reserves, the Danube-Auen and Thayatal National Parks as well as European protected areas where the otter is designated as a protected object.
