This is ta complete database of metabarcodes for freswhater benthic fauna of Europe. It includes:- sequences generated specifically from 1514 individuals. Each individual has been sequenced at three markers: Euka02, Inse01 and BF1_BR2-COI (Guardiola et al 2015; Taberlet et al. 2018; Elbrecht & Leese,2017) sequences retrieved from GenBank that correspond to these three metabarcodes.<br>Only sequences from benthic genera belonging to the European fauna are included.<br>
