Cultural Tradition Preservation and Integration of Innovations in the Production of Farinha d’Água in Bragança-PA, Brazil (2025)

This dataset brings together primary information collected from cassava flour producers in the municipality of Bragança-PA. The database contains variables related to the socioeconomic profile of the producers, structural characteristics of the production establishments, cassava management and processing practices, level of adoption of technologies and innovations, cultural ties associated with traditional know-how, as well as perceptions about cultural continuity, modernization, and economic sustainability of the activity.
The dataset structure is organized in CSV format and standardized for exploratory statistical analyses, correlations, regressions, and multivariate techniques (including cluster analysis). The dataset can be used by researchers interested in food culture, rural innovation, traditional agro-industrial systems, cassava economics, territorial development, and socio-productive dynamics of the Amazon.
