Margaritifera margaritifera whole genome assembly and annotation

Dataset from the Margaritifera margaritifera whole-genome assembly project. The dataset includes the masked whole-genome assembly sequence file, BRAKER2 prediction statistics and prediction gff file, as well as predicted genes, transcripts and amino acid sequence files.
