Transcriptome analysis of Botrytis cinerea treated with Spinetoram

Gray mold, caused by Botrytis cinerea, is a devastating disease that causes significant yield losses in various economically important plants. Tomato gray mold caused by B. cinerea was discovered and identified in Wuchuan County, Guizhou Province. The disease is widespread in the field. Transcriptome analysis of B. cinerea treated by Spinetoram on PDB medium can benefit us understand the pathogenesis of B. cinerea and further control in the field.
