The dataset contains (i) the number of GenBank records of GII.17 Norovirus, (ii) viral genome titers within acute gastroenteritis patients infected with GII.17 norovirus in Germany, (iii) ELISA OD values in characterization of HBGA carbohydrates types secreted in different human saliva samples, (iv) ELISA AUC titers in HBGA-GII.17 VLPs binding assays, (v) HBGA-blockade EC50 titers using animal hyperimmune sera, (vi) the number of outbreaks caused by Norovirus GII in the United States, (vii) human serum ELISA IgG titers and HBGA-blockade titers against different GII.17 noroviruses, and other raw data used for plotting the genomics/bioinformatics analyses.
