We used microarrays to study the transcriptional networks controlled by CB-103 in KOPT-K1 human cell line. Human T-ALL cell line KOPT-K1 were treated with 10µM CB-103 or 0.1% DMSO control vehicle. RNA were collected 24 hours post-treatment. RNA were hybridized on Affymetrix Human Gene 1.0 ST Arrays. The experiment was run twice independently, using each time a different siRNA to knockdown FOXC2, as previously described (Sabine et al, 2012, Dev Cell).
