RNA sequence for RMG1 cells with HIF2A knockdown under 1.5% O2 for 24 hours

We performed RNA-seq analysis on ovarian clear cell carcinoma (OCCC) cell lines to investigate the transcriptional effects of HIF2A knockdown. Hypoxia-inducible factor 2 alpha (HIF2A) plays a key role in cellular adaptation to low oxygen environments and has been implicated in tumor progression. In this study.A human OCCC cell line, RMG1, was cultured under hypoxic conditions following lentiviral transduction with shHIF2A or a control vector. This dataset provides insights into the downstream gene expression changes and mitochondrial function modulated by HIF2A suppression. Overall design: RMG1 cell line was transduced with lentiviral vectors expressing either shHIF2A or shcontrol. After selection, the cells were cultured in F-12 with 10% FBS under 1.5% O2 for 24 hours. Total RNA was extracted and subjected to paired-end sequencing using the Illumina NovaSeq 6000 platform. Each condition included biological replicates.
