PathoSeq-QC analyses of A(H5N1) and Oropouche viruses

This dataset contains the results produced by running PathoSeq-QC v.2 (with default parameters) on a sample of A(H5N1) virus (Run ID: SRR29851702) and a sample of Oropouche virus (Run ID: SRR14711849). The A(H5N1) virus reference sequence used for the H5N1 analyses is provided within the PathoSeq-QC repository. The Oropouche virus reference sequences used can be found with the following IDs: >NC_005775.1 Oropouche virus segment M, complete sequence; >NC_005776.1 Oropouche virus segment L, complete genome; >NC_005777.1 Oropouche virus segment S, complete genome.
