TN397 Gradients 4 dissolved and particulate trace metals in seawater

Trace metal data collected from the Gradients 4 cruise (TN397) that sailed from San Diego, CA USA to Honolulu, HI USA during November to December 2021. Samples were collected between depths of 15 and 500m using a trace metal clean rosette system holding 8L Niskin bottles. Seawater for dissolved analysis were filtered using an Acropak 0.2 um filter. Seawater particles were collected on an in-line filtration system where ~2-4 literes of seawater were passed through a 25 mm 0.2 um supor filter. Samples were brought back to the laboratory for processing (bulk extraction for dissolved, 50 percent nitric digestion for particulate) and measured on the Agilent 8900 for concentration analysis and Thermo Neptune Plus for Fe isotope analysis.
