Juniperane sesquiterpenoids represent a class of bicyclic sesquiterpenoids known for their complex stereochemical properties and their demonstrated anti-inflammatory and anti-tumor activities. One such molecule, LY-2023-16, has shown the ability to inhibit glioma proliferation. To elucidate the molecular mechanisms underlying the antiproliferative effects of this compound on U251 cells, transcriptomic analysis using RNA sequencing (RNAseq) was performed to evaluate the comprehensive changes in the transcriptome of U251 cells in vitro.
