This BioProject contains genomic data from several Podospora anserina strains: three wildtype strains (Wa63+, Y+, and Z+) and nine lab strains created by introgressing two genes into the strain s (aka. "little s") background. The two genes are het-d and het-e, fungal NOD-like receptors that cause heterokaryon incompatibility. This project aims to obtain the allelic sequences of het-d and het-e in these strains. The original raw files (in pod5) were transformed into fast5 files. The basecalls in these files were done with the "fast" model dna_r10.4_e8.1_fast.cfg in Guppy v. 5.0.16 for submission purposes, but these were not used in the paper. Instead, the pod5 files were given to Dorado v. 0.5.3 using the dna_r10.4.1_e8.2_400bps_sup@v4.3.0 model. Cleaned reads with barcodes removed are provided as fastq files.
