Protein identification and quantitation data for MECP2-deficient and wild-type human brain organoids under spaceflight and ground conditions

This spreadsheet contains protein identification and label-free quantitation data for brain organoids derived from MECP2-deficient (Q83X) and wild-type (WT83) iPSC lines cultured under spaceflight (ISS) and ground control conditions. The data includes 5,952 protein groups identified at 1% FDR using PatternLab for Proteomics 5.1. Each row represents a protein group with corresponding spectral counts and quantitation values across all ten biological replicates. This file accompanies the mass spectrometry raw data deposited in PRIDE (PXD069807).
