Tick-Borne Pathogens in Ixodes ricinus and Ixodes inopinatus × I. ricinus Hybrids in Central Europe

Dataset on bird abundance, tick identification and detected pathogens. First dataset contains data on bird counts on each of the sampling points. At each study plot, two sites were assigned, either in rich or poor habitats. The dataset contains dates of bird surveys (date), site, type of habitat, bird species detected and bird counts at each point. The second dataset contains data on flagged ticks at each of the points that overlapped with bird sampling points. For each tick species identification is provided and detected pathogens are listed.
