MAB1 lymphomas arising in C57BL/10J mice

To investigate the impact of individual differences on lymphoma progression and organ tropism, we transplanted the MAB1 cell line into C57BL/10J mice and observed that the resulting MAB1 lymphomas exhibited characteristics of systemic lymphoma dissemination to multiple sites. A total of 10 lymphomas were collected from three mice for transcriptome analysis. Here, we have uploaded the transcriptome data of 10 lymphoma samples obtained from different recipient mice, representing lymphomas colonized in various locations.
