Renal Tubulocystic Oncocytoma

This dataset contains the processed results from whole-exome sequencing (WES) of a patient with renal tubulocystic oncocytoma (RTO). It includes somatic mutation annotations and potential driver/susceptibility gene candidates. Variants were filtered and prioritized based on functional impact and prior literature. This dataset supports the findings of the associated research article.
