Raman spectra of cellulose modified by fungal and chemical treatments

Spectral files measured with Raman spectrometer for cotton cellulose modified with chemical and fungal treatments. Chemical treatments include treating cellulose with NaOH (Sodium hydroxide) to reduce degree of crystallinity of cellulose and treating cellulose with TEMPO (2,2,6,6-tetramethylpiperidine-1-oxyl) to oxidize cellulose chains. Fungal treatments included using the cellulose as the carbon source for the fungus with measuring modifications produced by fungi on cellulose (using either enzymatic or combination of non-enzymatic mechanism). Four fungi were use: Bjerkandera adusta, Trametes versicolor, Fomitopsis pinicola and an unknown fungi. There is also a control dataset of unmodified cotton cellulose.
