RNA sequencing of tissue resident macrophages, progenitors and tumor cells from murine head and neck tumors
收藏资源简介:
We report the RNA sequences of bone marrow derived and tissue resident macrophages and their progenitor cells from murine head and neck tumors We found that tissue resident macrophages express signatures of proliferation and immune suppression. By comparison, bone marrow derived macrophages express signatures of inflammation and immune response. Sequences show that these macrophage populations are distinct from each other and form their progenitor and tumor cells. Overall design: Murine macrophages were sorted from implanted head and neck tumors using flow sorting for CD45+CD11b+ Gr1-F4/80hi cell populations.3 replicate samples, each pooled cells from3- 4 replicate mice were sequenced per tumor model: HPV+MEER, HPV-MEER and SSCVII. 3 replicate aliquots of tumor cell lines were also sequenced (HPV+MEER, HPV-MEER and SSCVII). Additionally, triplicate preparations of macrophage colonies derived from these sorted macrophages were also sequenced.
