sorghum leaf tip images and annotations

<b>sorghum_leaf_tip_pixel.csv</b>The annotation of leaf tips file in tab separated csv format includes leaf tip coordinates and leaf tip types in each sorghum image.<br><b>1st column: </b>image filename. Taking '717-282-CM001_2017-07-26_04-51-14_Vis_SV_108.jpg' as an example, '717-282-CM001' is the plant identifier in the greenhouse; '2017-07-26' is the imaging date following yyyy-mm-dd format; '04-51-14' is the imaging time in hh-mm-ss format; 'Vis_SV_108' indicates the image was photographed in the viewing angle of 108.<br><br><b>2nd column</b>: the genotype name.<b><br></b><b>3rd column</b>: number of intact leaf tips<br><b>4th column:</b> number of damaged or cut leaf tips<b><br></b><b>5th column:</b> number of invisible leaf tips due to occlusions<br><b>6th column</b>: the coordinates for intact and damaged leaf tips. this data can be loaded as a python dict using json.loads function.<b><br></b><b>sorghum_leaf_tip_pixel.tar</b>All 5,554 sorghum images emerged in the annotation csv file.
