Rhizosphere soil bacterial community in chromium-contaminated or copper-contaminated soil with poly-gamma-glutamic acid application

We analyzed the effects of poly-gamma-glutamic acid on rhizosphere bacterial community composition of cucumber seedlings under Cr and Cu stress by 16S rRNA high-throughput sequencing, and explored how poly-gamma-glutamic acid could alleviate Cr and Cu stress by indirectly affecting rhizosphere bacterial community composition.
