gwastro/o2-bbh-pe: v1.1.1 data release of O2 BBH posteriors paper

This is the v1.1.1 data release associated with the parameter estimation analysis of the binary black-hole signals GW170104, GW170608 and GW170814 using the PyCBC Inference toolkit . The change in this release is an update to the CC BY 4.0 open license, an update to the title of the work, and removal of the DOI badge from the README. The data and configuration files included remain the same as in the v1.0 release. A companion paper presenting the analysis and the data release is available here : https://arxiv.org/pdf/1811.09232.pdf. The release includes : posterior samples from parameter estimation analyses of the three events, generated using PyCBC v1.12.3 code. configuration files and run scripts for running the analyses and generating the data. tutorials for manipulating the data and reconstructing the figures in the companion paper.
