The dataset shows how A. borkumensis interacts with a surfactant decorated oil-water interface. The surfactants include COREXIT EC9500A, Cetylytrimethylamonium bromide, Dioctyl sulfosuccinate sodium salt, L-α-Phosphatidylcholine, Sodium Dodecyl Sulfate, and Tween 20. This dataset reports growth curves, lag times, maximum growth, and interfacial tension for A. borkumensis after exposure to various surfactants.
