Photograph of a rooftop view of the Marine Exchange with a ship coming into the harbor, July 1938. Small buildings line the left side of the roof while a tower can be seen standing on a structure on the roof to the right. On the left corner of the roof, a small building with an American flag and small antenna on the roof can be seen. A large ship can be seen floating through the ocean to the left with at least three more in the background.
