Datasets related to the publication of "Liu, H. <i>et al.</i> Tetrad analysis in plants and fungi finds large differences in gene conversion rates but no GC bias. <i>Nature Ecology &amp; Evolution</i> <b>2</b>, 164–173 (2018)."<br><b>File descriptions:</b><br><b>Genotype files:</b>A.zip C1.zipC2.zipC3.zipN1.zipN2.zipN3.zipN4.zipS1.zipS2.zip<br>In each file, the first column is marker positions in the genome. The second and third columns are parental genotypes, the fourth to seventh columns are genotypes of the four spore in this tetrad.
