资源简介:
Dataset for Analysis of Potential Sources of Heavy Metals in Urban Soils Base – PMF (Positive Matrix Factorization) Description: This dataset was used for the source apportionment analysis of heavy metals in urban soils using the Positive Matrix Factorization (PMF) model. The Excel file contains the following worksheets: Raw Data: Original measured concentrations of heavy metals in surface soil samples collected weekly between September 2019 and March 2020 at four different urban sites. The dataset includes elements such as Ba, Cd, Co, Cr, Cu, Mo, Ni, Pb, Ga, V, and Zn. Concentration Matrix: Pre-processed data formatted for PMF input, including adjustments for values below detection limits and normalization procedures. Uncertainty Matrix: Calculated uncertainties associated with each concentration value, derived according to the US EPA PMF 5.0 guidelines. All data were prepared in accordance with the requirements of the US EPA PMF 5.0 model. This dataset supports the findings presented in the associated research article and may be reused for comparative studies, modeling applications, or validation purposes. Base – LMM (Linear Mixed Models) Raw Data: Original dataset including measured concentrations of heavy metals, as well as soil properties such as clay percentage, soil organic matter content, pH, and cation exchange capacity (CEC, in mmol/kg). This dataset was used for statistical analysis using the Jamovi software with Linear Mixed Models (LMMs).
