资源简介:
Wireless communication systems are increasingly deployed in rural and forested areas, where vegetation significantly impacts radio propagation. This dataset presents peer-to-peer propagation measurements conducted at three widely used frequency bands: 2.4, 3.5, and 5.8 GHz. The campaigns were performed in four representative vegetation environments: pine, eucalyptus, and oak forests, the last in Summer and Winter seasons. Transmitter and receiver antennas were positioned at low heights to emulate wireless sensor network (WSN) nodes, and multiple radials were measured with varying line-of-sight (LoS) and obstructed conditions. At each measurement point, hundreds to thousands of power samples were collected, enabling statistical modeling.
