We further performed the RNA-seq in brains of WT and TBC1D25-KO groups after I/R for 24h and analyzed the data. The results of GSEA revealed the dominant pathway involved in TBC1D25 deletion were cell death related pathway. Also, GSEA and heatmap showed inflammatory molecular events were more involved in brains of TBC1D25-KO mice than WT group based on the RNA-seq analysis.
