Replication Data for: The Biohacking Shadow Market: Constructing Legitimacy and Shaping Institutional Voids in the GCC

The primary manuscript investigates how proactive consumers and formal actors shape markets and construct legitimacy across contrasting regulatory environments, specifically, the restrictive institutional void of Kuwait and the permissive, sanitized market of Dubai, UAE. To ensure absolute methodological transparency, dependability, and replicability, this dataset provides the following supplementary files: Appendix A (Qualitative Coding Dictionary and Data Structure): An exhaustive, multi-stage codebook detailing the inductive analytical process. It traces the progression from raw informant-centric concepts (For example: "Crowdsourced Vigilance", "Clinical Mimicry") to overarching theoretical dimensions (For example: "Shadow Market Shaping", "Performative Pathology"). All representative data extracts have been ethically synthesized to protect informant anonymity.
