Whole exome sequencing of colon tumors derived from Apc (Min716/+) transgenic mice under variant infection conditions. Mus musculus

4-week-old Apc (Min716/+) transgenic mice were orally inoculated with vehicle control, wild-type and mutant Citrobacter rodentium strains. Mice were euthanized at 12 weeks old, and upon sacrifice, colon tumors and liver tissues were collected. Genomic DNA was isolated and subjected to exome capture, followed by sequencing using an Illumina NovaSeq6000 S4 System.
