PR areas most impacted by an eventual adoption of AI according to PRs worldwide 2023

As of December 2023, approximately 68 percent of public relations (PR) professionals surveyed worldwide said that if they chose to use artificial intelligence (AI) as a tool, it would be most impactful on research and list building. Writing followed with a share of 64 percent, while 47 percent of respondents mentioned monitoring and measuring.
