VALID - Rods friction test register

This dataset provides the inputs, measurements and evaluation of friction levels with quarter-scale rods performed during VALID Project (funded by the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under grant agreement No 101006927). The aim of the tests was to analyse friction levels and Stribeck profile estimations for a subscale component of the Wave Energy Converter (WEC). This dataset contains the measurements about speed, positions, temperature and friction force of tests.
