The samples were collected from the disease-health junction to analyze the transcriptome genes changes of Polygonatum cyrtonema in response to the infection of Botrytis deweyae and to find differentially expressed genes. Leaves were collected at 0 h, 24 h, 48 h, and 96 h after Botrytis deweyae infection, with 0 h as the control group and other time points as the treatment group. PE 150 mode sequencing was performed using the Illumina NovaSeq 6000 se-quencing platform. Data were analyzed using the bioinformatics analysis workflow provided by the Bi-omarker Cloud Platform BMKCloud.
