This supplementary materials package contains all processed datasets, data collection instruments, and analysis scripts necessary to reproduce the statistical analyses, figures, and tables reported in the manuscript. All personally identifiable information has been removed from the data. Aggregate and processed data are provided to ensure transparency and reproducibility while protecting participant confidentiality.
