Pooled barcode sequencing of yeast fitness and mating assays

This BioProject includes high-throughput sequencing datasets generated from pooled barcode competition and mate-choice assays in Saccharomyces cerevisiae. Genomic DNA libraries were sequenced to quantify strain abundances and mating outcomes across experimental conditions. Data will support analyses of fitness inheritance and condition-specific mate choice in yeast.
