The Tumor Microenvironment of Laryngeal Squamous Cell Carcinoma Revealed by Single-Cell Transcriptomics [II]

Laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC) is a malignant tumor with a high possibility of metastasis. The tumor microenvironment (TME) is well known to play an important role in LSCC metastasis. To gain insights into the TME of LSCC, we performed single-cell RNA-seq (scRNA-seq) using LSCC with lymph node metastases. We collected 3 fresh laryngeal cancer tissues from 3 patients immediately after surgery. Single-cell suspension was prepared immediately and then subjected to 3’ droplet- based single-cell sequencing (10×Genomics)
