Research Data for the Manuscript (PONE-D-25-36142R1 Structural relationships between sustainable practices, sustainability-performance and competitiveness: An empirical analysis on the Turkish automotive supplier industry)

This dataset was collected to examine the relationships between sustainable practices, sustainability performance, and the competitiveness of suppliers within the Turkish automotive sector. A two-part questionnaire was administered to managers involved in supply chain processes. The first part captures anonymized demographic and firm-level data, including managers' age, education, experience, company tenure, and organizational position, alongside company metrics such as annual net sales revenue, financial balance sheet size, and legal status. The second part utilizes a 7-point Likert scale based on the Supply Chain Management Practices (SCMP) and Performance scale proposed by Das (2017) to operationalize the latent variables. The repository includes raw survey responses (Excel format), verified SPSS data (.sav), and all related AMOS structural equation modeling (.amw) and measurement invariance outputs required to validate the findings presented in the associated manuscript submitted to PLOS ONE.
