Vermaas**Corresponding Author Readme: The ZIP archive contains three folders: Modelling, Experimental, and SI. The Modelling folder includes raw model data, processed data, and representative examples of the models used in this work. The Experimental folder contains all experimental datasets. The SI folder contains all data published in the Supporting Information. Data across all folders are organized in Excel files, where each sheet corresponds to a single figure, with labels consistent with those used in the manuscript and Supporting Information.
