Comparison of mutation between wild type and resistant to anti-PD-1/PD-L1 in in vivo tumor models

To understand the underlying mechanisms of resistance to anti-PD-1/PD-L1 antibodies, we developed four in vivo models of resistance to either anti-PD-1 or PD-L1 antibodies, and compared these to the wild type sensitive models. We explored RNAseq data in MC38, TyrNras MB49, MBT2 and RENCA tumor models.
