Preference thresholds and sensory-motivated intake for lysine, methionine, threonine, and tryptophan in broiler chickens

The data collected correspond to consumption values ​​obtained from double choice tests in pairs of broiler birds arranged in a total of 16 floor-pens during32 days of productive cycle. Specifically, in this repository you can find the raw consumption data obtained from the subtraction of the offered compound and the rejected compound (that is, not consumed), from two matrices, one of them being a neutral matrix consisting of drinking water and a matrix with a compound of synthetic amino acid. The consumption data extends for a total of 32 days, which is associated with consumption data of 4 essential amino acids (lysine, methionine, threonine and tryptophan) in 8 different concentrations (0.1 to 3.5%) of all the birds in study.
