This dataset was used to determine the influence of conditioned media from Ch and how that influence affects genome-wide gene transcription in fibroblast-like synoviocytes In this dataset, we include data from untreated fibroblast-like synoviocytes and FLS cultured in chondrocyte-conditioned media, both normal FLS (C ) and JIA FLS (J). Overall design: 36 samples were analyzed in this study. 3 normal FLS (C ), 3 normal FLS with Ch-conditioned media (CCh), 3 JIA FLS (J), and 3 JIA FLS with Ch-conditioned media (JCh). All normal FLS came from donors. All JIA FLS were obtained from our IRB-approved repository.
