The Office Manager's duties had been the supervision of all staffing matters, including salaries and financial control of the Vice-President's Office account.However, when the Office manager left the SCV in May 1980 many of these functions had undergone administration changes (See: Note for all books of accounts and other financial records).The records remaining in section were a miscellaneous collection of staffing and financial documents. There was little control and some arrangement has had to be imposed. Much of it consists of duplicated documents, but probably represents specific administrative functions.
