为解析青藏高原动物多样性格局，并建立相应的兽类标本数据库。2024年集中在西藏自治区山南、日喀则地区共采集202份当地野生动物剑纹小社鼠、白尾松田鼠、南迦巴瓦松田鼠等标本，实体样品包括动物个体、皮张、组织等。本数据集包含202份组织样品和标本信息表，山南市错那县、日喀则市亚东县拍摄的野生动物照片共计11个文件夹，每个文件夹以物种名命名，共5152张红外相机照片。照片以jpg格式存储。样品信息表包含物种、品种、详细采样地、样品类型、采集时间、采集人、保存方式等基本样品信息，以excel表形式存储。

To analyze the animal diversity pattern on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau and establish a corresponding mammalian specimen database, a total of 202 specimens of local wild mammals including striped small social rats, white-tailed pine voles, and Namcha Barwa pine voles were collected in Shannan and Xigaze regions of the Tibet Autonomous Region in 2024. Physical samples include whole animal individuals, skins, tissues, and other biological materials. This dataset contains 202 tissue samples and a specimen information spreadsheet, as well as 5152 infrared camera photos of wild animals taken in Cona County, Shannan City and Yadong County, Xigaze City. The photos are organized into 11 folders, each named after the corresponding species, and all photos are stored in JPEG format. The specimen information spreadsheet includes basic sample metadata such as species, variety, detailed sampling location, sample type, collection date, collector, and preservation method, and is saved in Excel format.
