The landscape of enhancer transcription in prostate cancer [RNA-Seq]

To construct the enhancer transcription expression profile, we performed RNA-seq in 20 pairs of prostate cancer tissues and matched adjacent tissues. We then performed enhancer transcription expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of 20 pairs of samples.
