Day2_Session3 - Mini Xenium

Subset region of the 10X Human Lung Cancer FFPE dataset with multimodal segmentation. Items are kept as similar as possible to original data output formats. Only the images have been processed further by first converting from ome.tif to tif and then spatially manipulating to map to be properly mapped with the other data.

Full dataset spatial extent: -16.039, 12342.984, -3511.515, -294.455 (xmin, xmax, ymin, ymax)

Subset region: 6000, 7000, -2200, -1400 (xmin, xmax, ymin, ymax)

Note that these spatial coordinates are the same those from 10X, except y inverted so that they work in coordinate system with the origin in the lower left.
