Filtered Carlson et al. 2025 OPS dataset for EBOV 16hpi Huh7 cells

Secondary screen data of Huh7 cells infected with EBOV and fixed 16 hours post infection (hpi) from Carlson et al. 2025 paper (https://doi-org.ezproxy.bu.edu/10.1038/s41564-025-02034-3), filtered to contain only relevant columns for downstream analysis (gene_symbol, VP35_median_cell, FISH_median_cell, JUN_median_nuclear). Nontargeting control gene_symbol values were altered from original dataset (which contained sgRNA data) to just be identified as "nontargeting". Column time_hpi was added to reflect the 16 hpi time point.
