资源简介:
The Sonoma Leading Health Indicators (SLHI) is a profile of Indicators that highlight major health conditions or events that can compromise health or the healthy development of children. The health indicators are those that contribute most prominently to illness and injury, disability and death for Sonoma County adults and children. The profile includes high-level summaries of data obtained from local and state sources pertaining to leading causes of death for the total population and by age group. The age groups include children pre-natal up to age 1; children 1 to 12 years; children 13 to 17 years; adults 18 to 59 years; and age 60 and above. The leading causes of death are presented for each age group along with Information on significant causes of morbidity including risk factors and behaviors that contribute to morbidity. Indicators of health and healthy development are also available when seeking insight into children’s overall health status.
